Refund Policy
The artworks and designs created in our studio are mostly handmade and personalised. For this reason, personalised works cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you experience any issue with your order, such as a damaged item or an incorrect shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the situation and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Digital designs and custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been prepared. However, necessary adjustments and revisions can be made during the design process to ensure customer satisfaction.
